Josh did an amazingly thorough job of inspecting. He is extremely detailed oriented He is also extremely prompt from communicating with me before the inspection to sending the 36 page inspection report to me in only one business day. He checked and discussed every detail of the house, pointing out possible issues and fixes. Being new to the area I was unsure who to choose but luckily I believe I found the best.
